Matt Paysour, Registered Dietitian
Matt Paysour is the Registered Dietitian with Harvest Table Culinary Group at Runk Dining Hall. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive Science from UVA, as well as a Master's Degree in Public Health & Nutrition from the University of North Carolina. He completed his dietetic internship in local food and nutrition marketing. Matt is passionate about translating nutrition science and encouraging folks to enjoy the abundant seasonal foods rooted in their communities.
Matt works alongside our culinary team to ensure that Runk Dining Hall offers a variety of nutritious options that meet the diverse dietary needs of UVA students.
